WELCOME TO GREATER BEACHES POST 3270!! 

Simply put, the VFW strives to do good things for deserving people – our veterans, their families and their communities. From local grassroots ideas to national influence, we work every day to make a difference. It’s our strength as an organization. And, with each individual membership, we only grow stronger.

 

 

Who is GREATER BEACHES POST 3270??

  • Post 3270 is a Non-Smoking Post
  • We are located in Jacksonville Beach Florida
  • We are a 501(c)19 Charitable Organization and all donations are 100% tax deductible.
  • We have a certified Service Officer to help Veterans navigate the VA claims process. The Service Officer also provides referrals and resources on education, employment and death benefits.
  • General Membership Meetings are held monthly on the second Wednesday of each month at 1900 hours. Please consider attending a meeting to help us make the decisions that affect your Post.
  • We support our Veterans and local community. Post 3270 recently supported the following organizations:

National Home for Children
Wreaths Across America
Toys for Tots
Blessings in a Backpack

  • We have 495 Veterans, of which 334 are Life Members, 73 Men’s Auxiliary Members, and 125 Ladies Auxiliary Members.
  • Eligible family member are welcome to join the Men’s or Ladies Auxiliary.
  • Like to volunteer?? We are always looking for new ideas, cook teams, and other volunteers that bring various and much needed skills to Post 3270. If you are interested in helping, please give the Post a call at (904) 249-7366 and we’ll get you volunteering!
  • Are you hungry?? Join us lunch on Mondays through Fridays (noon to 3pm),
  • Trivia Night on Mondays at 6:00pm and Saturdays beginning at 5:00pm.
  • Texas Holdem’ on Wednesdays beginning at 7:00pm (8:00pm on second Wednesday of the month).
  • Like to sing?? Karaoke on Fridays.
  • Dancing your thing? Live Bands on Saturdays.
