Chaplain’s Update

    The website, called “Chaplain’s Corner” went active for the VETERANS OF FOREIGN WARS in the STATE of MISSOURI on Friday, September 19, 2014. The site is in its early development and is planned as a growing and changing site to meet the needs of the chaplains and the comrades that they serve.
    Ideas or suggestions for the web site may be made by email at
Chaplains and comrades are encouraged to ask questions by email as well.
    The Chaplain will be traveling around the state and encourages all to feel free to come up and introduce themselves. She enjoys meeting people and wants to meet as many of our fine veterans as possible.
    Chaplain Halter will be attending the Council of Administration being held in Springfield, Missouri on September 26 and 27th.
    On October 18, 2014 Chaplain Halter will be attending the district meeting of District 2 being held at Post 2654 at noon.
    Chaplain training will be held at the Council of Administration in January very early in the morning on the Saturday January 31st. Exact time and location will be published soon. If you are a chaplain please plan on attending.
