Service Officer Jim Rippy assists a WWII Veteran complete a refferal form for VA Benefits.
During the Carroll Co. Fair held in Carrollton, MO in mid July, VSO James Rippy, Post 4398 went to Carrollton VFW Post 1773 home for a service officer event. VFW Post 1773 held a veterans breakfast and hosted the Missouri’s Remembering The Fallen display. The travelling display consists of pictures, stories and momento’s that honor those Missourians that have paid the ultimate sacrifice while serving in Iraq and Afghanistan.
