USMC bringing the Traveling Vietnam Wall to St. Louis

We just received confirmation that the USMC is bringing the Traveling Vietnam Wall to St. Louis. Set up will begin on Wednesday. June 3, 2015 in the afternoon. The Wall will be open for visitors from 8am. to 8pm. on Friday, June 5, 2015, Saturday, June 6, 2015, and Sunday, June 7, 2015.

Note: if set up goes well, it is possible that the Wall will open for visitors late afternoon on Thursday, June 4, 2015. If so, it will remain open until 8pm. on Thursday night.

The Wall will be located downtown, in Eternal Flame Park, which is the park directly west of Soldiers Memorial. The streets that border Eternal Flame Park are Pine street (north), 14th street (east), Chestnut street (south), and 15th street (west).

WHEN: Friday, 6-5-15, 8am. to 8pm. Saturday, 6-6-15, 8am. to 8pm. Sunday, 6-7-15, 8am. to 8pm.

WHERE: Downtown St. Louis at Soldiers Memorial Eternal Flame Park (west side of SM)

The Wall will arrive escorted by Patriot Guard Riders Wed 3 June
Strong Help needed to dismantle wall on Mon 8 June AM

Wall will be Secured at 2000 Each Day till 0800 next Morning
