2018 Memorial Day Weekend Motorcycle Ride to Benefit Missouri Veterans Homes

Memorial Day Weekend
Motorcycle Ride – Poker Run
MAY 26-28, 2018

The Missouri VFW Riders are hitting the roads of Missouri once again to raise money for our Veterans Homes.

A little bit about the ride. It covers all 7 Veterans Homes in the state. We travel to each home and serve and have meals with the vets. They really love having us visit and seeing the bikes. Many talk about what they used to ride. This year we will be starting Cape Girardeau, St Louis, and Mexico on Saturday. Cameron, Warrensburg, and Mt Vernon on Sunday and ending up in St James on Monday.

The full ride covers over 900 miles. If you can’t make all of it a schedule will be posted on the VFW and Auxiliary websites. Riders can join for all or any the portion they can. Just let me know so appropriate numbers can be passed on to the Homes.

100% of the donations go to the homes; our riders are responsible for all their own expenses.

On behalf of the all of the Missouri Riders we want to say “Thank you” for supporting our Veterans Homes.

Information and forms are available on the VFW Riders web page. http://myvfw.org/mo/vfwriders/ and on Facebook on Missouri VFW Riders.

We look forward to seeing you.

If you have questions or are interested in joining us on this ride please contact Don Harris, Missouri Ride Captain – West at 816-674-1227.
