Yanceyville Parade – 6 Dec

Hurry up and wait, but have fun.
Hurry up and wait, but have fun.

Celebrate Christmas with the first Christmas Parade in the district.  It’s in Yanceyville and it is this Saturday, 6 December.

The parade is a little longer than normal for Yanceyville, because it is in the town of Yanceyville.  If you can not walk, we should be able to get you a ride.  Bring along family and a few extra chairs.  They will enjoy the parade as much as you will.  Need a ride, contact Lee Heavlin or Ed Gill.

The parade is on Saturday December 6, starts at 10 AM, and  area veterans will gather and stage at the large parking lot below Caswell County Civic Center: meet at 9 AM.

A flag retirement ceremony with VFW Post 7316 members and other Veterans along with scouts from all over Caswell County will follow the parade at  NOON at the Yanceyville Amphitheatre.
