Readjustment Counseling Service

“Dedicated to serving those who have served.” Vet Center 603 S. 24th Avenue, Suite 24Wausau, WI 54401715-842-1724 Vet Centers provide readjustment counseling and outreach services to all veterans served in any combat zone. Services are available to family members and significant others for military related issues. Veterans have earned these benefits through their service to our country. All services provided are at no cost to the veteran or family. The Department of Veterans Affairs Vet Center Program operates a system five community based counseling centers in Wisconsin. The Vet Centers are staffed by small multi-disciplinary teams of dedicated providers of which many are combat veterans themselves.
