Greendale VFW Post #10519                                                       SEPTEMBER-2012 NEWSLETTER Greetings Members and Friends of Greendale VFW Post 10519, Another summer has past. The hottest on record, many are happy to see this one pass, yet others know what follows-WINTER. SINCE OUR LAST NEWSLETTER:    At the August meeting we welcomed two new members to the Post. They are Brian Koceja, an Army veteran (currently serving) and John Lembach a Marine veteran. Both were voted in, had their DD214’s checked and were sworn in.  We welcome both to the Post. On  August 20th and 21st the Post and Auxiliary completed the last of our Poppy distribution events at Miller Park. Those two dates were the last of the eight days allotted to us by the Brewers.
